HOJA SANTA TEQUILA SOUR
Take a piece of the experience home with you by recreating the signature drink of the 10th annual Fine Spirits Classic, the Hoja Santa Tequila Sour.
Hoja Santa is a traditional Mexican herb that creates flavors of mint, black pepper, and root beer. The Hoja Santa herb seamlessly blends with the refreshing notes of cucumber and spice from the habanero pepper to create a perfectly balanced, playful cocktail that is easy to make and sure to please a crowd.
Ingredients:
• Astral Blanco Tequila
• Lime
• Hoja Santa
• Cucumber
• Habanero
Assembly:
Step 1: Muddle lime, cucumber, lime and Hoja Santa together in a shaker tin
Step 2: Add Astral Blanco Tequila to the shaker tin, along with a handful of ice cubes
Step 3: Shake the ingredients for a mimimum of 20 seconds
Step 4: Using a strainer, pour over ice and enjoy
